Carlos Esteban - President & CEO
With 14 years in the construction industry and 12 years as a welding supervisor, Carlos has cultivated a successful career leading large-scale commercial projects. Six years ago, he founded I&C Builders, starting out by subcontracting and gradually growing into an independent powerhouse in the industry. One of his most notable accomplishments was completing work on 150 churches in New Orleans in less than eight months, a testament to his project management skills and efficiency. In addition to his construction ventures, Carlos has owned a car dealership for the past nine years and recently expanded into healthcare with the launch of a new infusion clinic this year. His commitment to the community is evident, as he played a key role in helping with recovery efforts in Houma after Hurricane Ida. Bilingual and a seasoned leader, Carlos, excels in managing teams, client relations, and project coordination. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and traveling, balancing his entrepreneurial success with his passion for exploration. His leadership continues to drive the growth and success of our company.

Adam Porche- CEO & President
Adam has been a respected leader in the construction industry for over 25 years. Starting his own company in 2005, Adam built a reputation for delivering high-quality construction solutions rooted in trust, reliability, and a client-centered approach. Over the years, his company has grown into a dynamic force in the construction industry, handling projects that range from complex commercial builds to large-scale renovations. In 2020, Adam partnered with Carlos, combining their expertise and vision to expand the company’s reach and capabilities. Together, they have led the company into new and innovative areas, including the recent launch of a health clinic in Lafayette. This venture reflects Adam’s commitment to giving back to the community and creating spaces that foster well-being and growth. Adam’s work ethic and passion for construction are matched only by his dedication to his family and community. He and his wife are the proud parents of four children, with whom he spends as much time as possible outside of work. A former wrestler himself, Adam has coached wrestling, guiding young athletes with the same principles of discipline, resilience, and teamwork that have driven his success in business. His role as a coach allowed him to give back in a meaningful way, helping the next generation develop skills and confidence both on and off the mat. With a strong commitment to quality, a collaborative approach, and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction, Adam continues to lead his company with a vision for excellence and a passion for making a positive impact in the communities they serve.

Jacob Pecoraro- COO Water/ Mold Mitigation & Fire Restoration
Jacob is a dedicated restoration professional with a specialized focus on emergency services for fire, water, and mold damage. With extensive hands-on experience, he has worked on the front lines of some of the most significant natural disasters in recent history, including Hurricanes Florence, Michael, Laura, Delta, and Ida. Jacob holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Trauma & Crime Scene, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Commercial Drying, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. These credentials underscore his commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards and staying current with the latest techniques and protocols. His expertise covers the full range of restoration services—from initial emergency response and damage assessment to full-scale remediation and rebuilding. He is committed not only to restoring properties but also to restoring peace of mind for those affected by disasters. Whether addressing the aftermath of fire, flood, or mold infestation, Jacob brings a detail-oriented approach and a genuine passion for helping others rebuild their lives. Carlos Toca- Senior Estimator
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Carlos brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, complemented by studies in both Architecture and Civil Engineering, making him uniquely qualified to handle complex projects. Carlos specializes in membrane and metal roofing systems, with extensive experience in estimating and project management across the Southeast United States. Throughout his distinguished career, Carlos has worked on a wide range of projects, from large-scale commercial buildings, such as hotels and fast-food establishments, to residential housing. Notably, he has completed over 300 homes for the U.S. Navy and managed a team of 79 construction tradesmen at Naval Air Station (NSA) in Pensacola. In his downtime, Carlos enjoys watching football, playing golf, and honing his skills in landscaping. A proud father of four and grandfather of six, he values time with his family just as much as his time on the job. Carlos’s dedication, attention to detail, and leadership along with being bilingual makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Michael Lopez -Director of Sales
With eight years of sales experience across the oil and gas industry and construction staffing, Michael has a proven track record of success in both fields. In his role within construction staffing, he supplied jobs to over 2,500 tradesmen, ensuring that key projects had the skilled labor they needed to succeed. In the oil and gas sector, Michael managed major accounts for operators in the Gulf of Mexico, coordinating critical operations like firefighting and life-saving inspections, while sending technicians into the field. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his wife and two kids. A passionate sports fan, Michael also loves cheering on LSU and Saints football. His dedication, expertise, and leadership make him a key member of our sales team.

Katie Peltier- Business Development
With an associate’s degree in applied science and a strong foundation in marketing, Katie brings a dynamic blend of creativity and business acumen to our business development team. She has 8 years of experience in marketing for dermatology aesthetics, where her efforts led to more than doubling the clinic’s aesthetic revenue. She also spent 3 years teaching state board aesthetics, sales, and business techniques, showcasing her ability to drive both education and growth. Her passion for DIY projects, sparked by her hands-on nature, extends to her love for construction, making her a perfect fit for the industry. Katie enjoys tackling home improvement projects and finds great satisfaction in translating that creativity and drive into her work in construction. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two beloved pets – a Dalmatian named Ghost and a tabby cat named Gomez. With her innovative mindset and passion for development, Katie is an invaluable part of our team.

Holdyn brings a strong background in customer service, organization, and multitasking to our team. Before joining I&C, she worked in a dental office for a year, where she managed patient records, scheduled appointments, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations. With prior experience in the hospitality industry, she excels in communication and attention to detail, making her a perfect fit for keeping our office running efficiently. Outside of work, Holdyn is a dedicated full-time mom who loves spending quality time with her daughter. Whether they’re watching movies, playing outside, or exploring new activities, family time is her top priority. A true foodie at heart, she enjoys discovering new snacks and indulging in her favorite treats during her downtime. Fernando Blanco- Production Manger
With five years of experience in the construction field and six years in manufacturer sales, Fernando brings a well-rounded skill set to his role as Project Manager. His expertise spans project management, client and vendor communication, and budget oversight. He has successfully handled large commercial projects and is known for ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. In addition to his role here, Fernando specializes in concrete through his own company, bringing a hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge to every project. As a bilingual professional, he excels in managing diverse teams and client relationships.
